That’s what he told about himself:
I’m thirty-two years old and, as people say, you can’t wash away the things that happened in our lives neither with vodka nor with soap. So, back to the topic – that’s what did happen in my life. In 1997 I took the camera into my hands for the very first time – and just couldn’t put it down since then. Since my hands were occupied with the cam I had no other way to earn a living but to make photography my profession and even achieve something in it.
In 1999 I became the member of The Union of Photo Artists of Russia – even though I still can’t understand why did I need it. Participant and prize-winner of different photo contests (somebody told me that I always have to write that whenever I tell about myself).
I live – and look at the world around me with my eyes open wide. What I love the most is: vodka, intelligent women and heavy tripods. Don’t like champagne, hate getting married and ISO 400 color film.
